Frequently asked questions
1. When will my order arrive?
- I am based in the Netherlands, so please check the estimated shipping times. They are mentioned in each listing.
- The delivery times are only estimates and beyond my control, The Dutch shipping company also has no influence on postal processes in other countries that all have different procedures regarding the Covid crisis.
- If an item has not arrived within 2 months in the US (or Worldwide), or within 5 weeks in Europe, I offer you two solutions: I will either issue a refund or I will create a new item for you if I have the supplies available.
- If an item will be returned to me (unopened) for unknown reasons, there will be two options: I either resend it again, or I will issue a refund.
2. Can you trace my order?
All orders will be shipped without a Track & Trace code. This way I can keep the shipping costs affordable for you.
TIP: If you choose for the option of Upgrade Shipping your order will have a tracking code.
3. How can I return my order?
- My goal is to deliver a product that will make you happy! So, if you are not satisfied with the product and service for any reason, please contact me before you leave negative feedback and rating so we can find a solution.
- You can return your item within 5 days of delivery. As soon as I receive it, I will either issue a refund or I you can exchange it for another product.
- You will have to pay for the return’s shipping fee and send it back in the same condition as it arrived. I will refund you after I have received the item back.
- You will find my address on the address label on the envelope.
4. My jewelry arrived broken. What to do?
- If your item arrives broken or defect upon receipt, please let me know within 5 days from the day you received it or signed for the package. Please add a picture attached to the email.
- If possible I will create the same or a similar item and resend it to you, or you could choose for a refund.

WILL MY JEWELRY ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?
After the end of November I cannot guarantee or predict when parcels will arrive. During this busy Holiday season the shipping time to the US & Worldwide may take 3 to 6 weeks. To avoid disappointment, please ORDER ON TIME and allow for some processing time on top. Choosing to order is at you own risk.
